Pipeline Cleaners' wide variety of pigs are designed to remove dirt, sand, wax, scale and debris. Steel Mandrel pigs can be fitted with cups, discs, brushes, blades, jettison ports, magnets and tracking equipment. The cups are made of neoprene or polyurethane. The brushes can be carbon steel, stainless steel or prostran. The wire can be flat or round. There are various brush designs to include: HZ, Wrap, Ring, Pencil, Wire Wheel and Split Ring. Springs also vary depending on the job and the pig. The springs used are HZ, Cantilever, EBW, and EB. Most every steel mandrel batching pig can be fitted with brushes and used both as a batching pig or brush pig.
