The Foam Disc™ Pig is manufactured from open cell polyurethane foam. The body is molded with circular grooves across the body to provide a series of wiping edges. These grooves are coated with polyurethane elastomer, reinforcing wiping action and increasing its wear resistance. Because of its unique multiple disc design, it has less bypass than normal pigs.

The Foam Disc™ Pig is available in medium density (5 lb.) and high density (8 lb.) foam. This pig has a single-piece construction bi-directional design. it is available with pull ropes, cables and nylon straps.
