Pipeline Brushes (HZ, HZII, Universal, EB, EBS, and EBW)

The HZ and HZII brush assembly is designed for aggressive brushing that can be ran bi-directional. The carriage spring is mounted in two locations on the pig giving the spring added support therefore maintaining brush pressure on the pipe wall. The HZ and HZII brushes are available with carbon steel or stainless steel, in flat or round wire. For coated lines, prostran is also available. If scraping action is desired, the brushes may be substituted with polyurethane blades. | |

The Universal brush assembly is designed for aggressive brushing while providing flexibility for traversing damaged or out-of-round pipe. The brush assemblies may be fitted with carbon steel, stainless steel, in flat or round wire. For coated lines, prostran is also available. If a scraping action is desired, the brushes may be substituted with polyurethane blades. | |

The EB brush assembly is designed for smaller 12"-24" pipe and is used on the EB, EBS and EBF style pigs. This design of brush assembly is not as aggressive as the HZ design but does maintain brush pressure on the pipe wall. Brushes for this series of assemblies are available in carbon steel, stainless steel, in flat or round wire. Prostran is also available for coated lines. |  EBS Brush 10"-24" |
| The EBW brush assembly is designed for smaller 6"-14" pipe. It has an aggressive cross lock lever style spring for maintaining maximum brush pressure against the pipe wall. Brushes are available in carbon steel, stainless steel or prostran. This brush assembly design is ideal for 6"-14" multi-dimensional lines. | ||
