The 1300, 0600 and 1700 pigs use the same leaf spring loaded spring system as the HZ pigs. The 1300 series body is narrower with a conical bolt circle. The 0600 series body is wider and uses the standard bolt circle. The 1700 series body uses both narrow and wide and also a combination of conical or standard bolt circle. The 1300 and 0600 is offered with or without the HZ spring mounts. The 1700 series body always has HZ spring mounts. One other distinction between the three body styles is the 1300 and 0600 pigs do not have bumper noses. The 1700 series pigs always have bumper noses. All three aggressive style brush pigs can be bi-directional when fitted with disc. They can also be fitted with cup/disc combinations, gauging plate, transmitter, magnets and ring brushes. The brush bristles are available in carbon steel, stainless steel or prostran. Carbon steel and stainless steel wire is offered in an aggressive flat for tough cleaning or a less aggressive round wire, which is good for fine cleaning of the pits in the line. The HZ style brush can also be filled with pencil brushes making it an excellent brush for super fine cleaning of pits, welds and joints in the line.
