Brush pigs are used for removing rust, mill scale, sand, wax, organic growth, oxides and other solid material in the line. Brush pigs can be dressed with urethane or neoprene cups or discs. They can be fitted with carbon steel, stainless steel or prostran brushes. Steel brushes are available in flat or round wire. Polyurethane scraper blades may be substituted for the brushes. Brush configurations include Spring Loaded, Wrap Around, Bolt On, Split Ring, Wire Wheel and Ring Brush.
